Shipment and Payment

  •     From an order quantity of € 150,-- we deliver free of charge in Germany.
  •     For orders below € 150,-- you will be charged a flat rate of € 6,50 for transport and packaging within Germany.


    Deliveries within the EU are possible:

    Shipping costs for delivery abroad per package with (maximum) 12 bottles:

    Austria: € 8.50 / package

    Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 12,90 € / package

    Italy, Poland, Spain, Hungary: 18,50 € / package

    Finland, Ireland, Sweden: 24,90 € / package  

We point out that we deliver deliveries within the EU exclusively against prepayment or PayPal payments.

 

Payment Methods:

1. via PayPal

Select PayPal in the order step "Choose payment method". You will then be automatically forwarded to PayPal. If you are a PayPal customer, you can log in there with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can also pay there as a guest by credit card or SEPA direct debit.

2. per SEPA debit (direct debit)

In the order step "Select payment method", select SEPA direct debit (2% discount) and specify BIC, IBAN and bank in the appropriate window. With the SEPA Basic Mandate, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from your bank account. The debit of the account indicated by you takes place after delivery of the goods.

3. by advance payment

To do so, select "Select payment method" in the payment step "Prepayment" and complete the order. 
You will then find our bank details and the order number in the e-mail confirmation that is automatically sent to you.

4. per invoice (only for regular customers)

We deliver to registered regular customers on account. Select "Select payment method" invoice in the order step. An invoice will be enclosed with your shipment. Please transfer the money after receipt of the goods without deduction, quoting the invoice number. Bank details and invoice number can be found on the invoice.
